Week Two

Current Weight: 220lbs

Previous Weight: 225lbs

Weight Lost: 5lbs

Well, somehow I managed to lose 5lbs this week! I’ve been tracking my calories daily over at myfitnesspal.com – and I haven’t been eating enough daily after working out so I’m guessing that’s why there’s been such a big loss. Although I did eat out for lunch every day this week and 4x this week for dinner, and I went out drinking twice.

My plan is to be a little bit more strict this week – I only have plans for 2 nights out for dinner which will hopefully bring me more results next week. I’ve also been working out on the treadmill as soon as I get home from work rather than eating dinner first. It helps a lot to get my workout out of the way before I eat and then feel too lazy to do anything.

Overall I’m feeling much better and amazed that I can actually run some sprints on the treadmill!

This week I want to work on making myself a workout playlist. Music with a nice strong beat really makes it that much easier to workout!

Week One

Started day one of my fitness goal today! I wrote up my goals and put up some pictures on my page. The pictures are so hideous I almost didn’t want to put them up, but that’s the point of this blog…to make me accountable/motivated.

Target Weight: 150lbs

Weight to Lose: 75lbs
