Week One

Started day one of my fitness goal today! I wrote up my goals and put up some pictures on my page. The pictures are so hideous I almost didn’t want to put them up, but that’s the point of this blog…to make me accountable/motivated.

Here’s my current info in case you’re too lazy to check out my page :)

Current Weight: 225lbs

Target Weight: 150lbs

Weight to Lose: 75lbs

Target Date: December 2011

I’ll be updating here once a week with my weekly weigh in and writing about any troubles I encountered during the week. I’ll also be posting monthly pictures on my page!
