Guidelines

These guidelines are just items that I feel will inhibit me from losing all the weight that I would like. I’ve put them up here as a reminder to myself, because some days they are hard to resist :)

  • Portion Control
  • No Eating After 9pm
  • No Mindless Eating
  • No Unnecessary Calories
  • No Unhealthy Snacking
  • No Nutella
  • No Crystal Light
  • No White Pasta
