These guidelines are just items that I feel will inhibit me from losing all the weight that I would like. I’ve put them up here as a reminder to myself, because some days they are hard to resist
- Portion Control
- No Eating After 9pm
- No Mindless Eating
- No Unnecessary Calories
- No Unhealthy Snacking
- No Nutella
- No Crystal Light
- No White Pasta
