<p>Weight Lost: 5lbs</p>
<p>Well, somehow I managed to lose 5lbs this week! I&#8217;ve been tracking my calories daily over at myfitnesspal.com &#8211; and I haven&#8217;t been eating enough daily after working out so I&#8217;m guessing that&#8217;s why there&#8217;s been such a big loss. Although I did eat out for lunch every day this week and 4x this week for dinner, and I went out drinking twice.</p>
<p>My plan is to be a little bit more strict this week &#8211; I only have plans for 2 nights out for dinner which will hopefully bring me more results next week. I&#8217;ve also been working out on the treadmill as soon as I get home from work rather than eating dinner first. It helps a lot to get my workout out of the way before I eat and then feel too lazy to do anything.</p>
<p>Overall I&#8217;m feeling much better and amazed that I can actually run some sprints on the treadmill!</p>
<p>This week I want to work on making myself a workout playlist. Music with a nice strong beat really makes it that much easier to workout!</p>
